Top 5 Navigation and Maps Apps on iOS in Sweden Q2 2023

In Q2 2023, the top navigation and maps apps on iOS in Sweden showcased diverse performance trends. This report highlights the weekly downloads, revenue, and active users for Google Maps, Google Earth, Waze Navigation & Live Traffic, Min Karta, and 3D World Map VR.

Google Maps saw a steady increase in weekly downloads, starting at around 8.8K in late March and peaking at approximately 21.3K by the end of June. Active users also grew consistently, from about 2.1M to over 2.3M during the quarter.

Google Earth experienced fluctuating download numbers, with a notable decline from 3.7K in late March to about 2.1K in late May, before a slight recovery to 2.9K by the end of June. Active users remained relatively stable, averaging around 25K to 27K throughout the quarter.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic showed a moderate increase in weekly downloads, starting at 1.4K in late March and reaching a peak of about 4K by mid-June. Weekly active users also demonstrated growth, increasing from 131K to 151K over the period.

Min Karta maintained a consistent download rate, with numbers fluctuating between 1.4K and 1.8K for most of the quarter, before a significant surge to 3K in the final week of June.

3D World Map VR had an interesting trend, with downloads peaking at 2.3K in mid-April and then gradually declining to around 600 by the end of June. Revenue fluctuated as well, peaking at $91 in mid-April and stabilizing around $50 towards the end of the quarter. Active users showed consistent growth, starting from just 57 in late March and reaching nearly 1.9K by the end of June.
